1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use PlusBox. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To use PlusBox you must register an account, provide accurate information, and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) receive contraband, hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by USPS or common carriers; (c) defraud, harass, or harm others; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (e) attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
4. Mailbox Services
All customers are assigned a mailbox at:

Each customer receives a unique mailbox number. Customers must include their assigned mailbox number as a Unit or Apartment number whenever receiving mail or packages.

Mail received without a valid mailbox number may be delayed, returned to sender, or refused.
5. Mail Handling
We receive, photograph, and securely store physical mail and packages addressed to your assigned mailbox. You can review mail items in the PlusBox app and choose actions such as Open & Scan, Forward, or Shred. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost, or delayed in transit prior to delivery to our facility.
6. Mail Forwarding
You may request that mail or packages be forwarded to an address you designate. Forwarding fees, shipping costs, and applicable taxes are your responsibility. We rely on the address you provide and are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate forwarding information.
7. Open & Scan Services
When you request Open & Scan, our team opens the mail item, scans its contents, and uploads the digital file to your account. You are responsible for downloading and securing any sensitive content. Open & Scan requests cannot be undone once submitted.
8. Mail Shredding
When you request shredding, the mail item is securely destroyed in accordance with industry-standard practices. Shredding is permanent and cannot be reversed.
9. Subscription Plans
PlusBox is offered on auto-renewing subscription plans purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on the Subscription Terms page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in prohibited activity, or for any other reason permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, and we may dispose of remaining mail items in accordance with applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusBox and Shipping Packaging Plus are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid PlusBox in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
12. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Changes to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
